What sort of start ups do you work with?

We work exclusively with pre Product Market Fit products. Ideally we would like to exit the company when growth and scale starts becoming important.

What is your core competency?

We like to think of our core competency as three pronged. User Study, Prototyping and Technology. We are experts in quantitative and qualitative user study methodology, we use these insights to rapidly test our hypothesis using prototypes and then develop scalable and robust MVPs to act as a solid foundation for scale.

Do you work with companies trying to raise capital?

Can I skip building a team and keep your services for ever?

No. Here's why. Our skills lie in developing a product towards product market fit. Once we start getting traction and move towards scale there are a lot of new challenges that require quite different skill sets.

Do you do user studies?

Yes. We employ a variety of tools to study all the cutomer touchpoints in your product. We do have a few favourites. We love doing customer interviews and concierge tests.
